Big Bear is such a great town to visit. Took a trip to Big Bear from Palm Springs and it was beautiful. We stayed in Lakefront Luxury and the home was in a great location and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Home was well stocked and clean. Can't wait to visit again!

We rented cabin 052 for 3 nights. The cabin was not fully equipped as stated. We had no pans to cook and only 3 small pots. It smelled like old carpet! We had to spray it every day to keep the smell away! The kitchen was not swept nor mopped. The whole cabin was full of webs. We had to move the beds away from the wall because we found spiders crawling around. For the amount we paid for that cabin , we expected something clean, fully equipped and newer looking.

My family had a fantastic stay over the long Christmas weekend. Our cabin was the perfect size for three, well stocked and very comfortable. The hot tub was big and clean. The booking process was easy, and Krista in the front office was super helpful and friendly.
