I was very grateful to have been referred to Don for our recent home inspection for a purchase. Don was great at explaining and walking us through the issues and potential issues of the home.

My wife and I were highly pleased to have hired Don. He comes with a wealth of knowledge about his role as an inspector and as a resident of Big Bear. He was very thorough and diligent on his reports. He takes pictures of the issues found in your home and outlines the high risk problems of your home. Don makes it easy to understand what your getting into before you buy your home. Lastly, he is very resourceful and has an extensive list of vendors that can help with repairs and other services. I highly recommend him for your inspection service needs.

Donald and the team went above and beyond to complete a thorough inspection of my new home in Big Bear! Every step of this process was handled with care: His booking and payment process was easy and efficient, he communicated quickly with reminders and responses to my questions, took the time to show me around the house and teach me how to use the utilities properly, gave me an incredible list of contractors, handymen, etc. in the valley, and speedily sent me a VERY detailed report of the inspection. I would recommend Big Bear Home Inspectors in a heartbeat!
