They used a floater with tablets in the spa which voided my warranty and created rust around chrome waterfall and spa cover. Apparently spas are to only be used with powder chlorine and not floaters. As professionals they should have known this information and not me finding out the hard way when the manufacturer came to my house to maintenance the jets. He also voided the spa warranty and took pictures of the spa when he saw the floater in the water. Now I have no warranty!! When bringing this to their attention they refused to take ownership of the situation, or do anything to rectify, like a refund for services I was paying for and not receiving.

Spa chemicals were also not maintained appropriately. Water is so bad I have to drain, clean, and start over. When the maintenance man came he informed us the spa levels were BAD. We immediately went to Leslie’s store to have the water tested. (Only one day after they were here on our weekly service). It was recommended that we drain and start over. When this company started services for us we drained spa and started with fresh water. The spa was only used one time in the 8 months they have been servicing our spa. So our levels should be perfect. I mean, they should be perfect regardless of use, that’s what I’m paying for. lol

I’m appalled that there are business owners out there that work by these unethical standards. Beware before you hire this company.
