I've been homeless since April because of these people. They're human resources absolutely refuses to give me my check. My home burned down Christmas and they done nothing but be extremely difficult and lecturing me about my own check instead of giving it to me tell me that it's not their problem that I'm starving out in the streets

For customer service, seems they've been jaded from dealing with the less reputable folks they likely have to deal with a lot. I understand it sucks but if you can't handle the clientele you work with with respect find another job
