The owner is extremely knowledgeable about appliances and so accommodating. We took a dishwasher in for diagnostics to see if it ould be repaired. It was a lost cause, but they disposed of it for us, and we purchased a a brand new one from Big Bubbas. It arrived a day before expected and was perfect. We also bought a used range/oven for a very reasonable price. We really appreciate the honesty and expertise of these folks. Their customer service is fantastic.

Big Bubba's is a safe, reliable, honest, quick to schedule, and well priced company for repairs on your broken appliances. Jeremy saved our Thanksgiving dinner 8 years ago when we had 22 people coming. That's why we always call him back. I love getting a real person to speak to when I call. Thanks for the great service Jeremy!

I am usually all about local business and supporting the little man however after my last experience I guess I have no choice but to take my business to Jeffrey's Appliance which greatly saddens me I really felt as though Jeremy was all about customer service and satisfaction
