Glad to have a restaurant like big chicken in town. 2nd time trying big chicken, 1st time at this location and 1st time trying their tenders. Tenders were huge, juicy, crispy, and flavorful! I wish they gave more sauce as I ran out sooner than expected. I’d come back!

First time here, and will definitely return! So many delicious sauces, I couldn't decide and got 4! The Carolina Mustard BBQ was my fav by a tiny margin out of that, the Memphis BBQ, Chipotle BBQ, and the Big Chicken sauce (which is like fry sauce). I got an Uncle Jerome with grilled chicken and added tomato's and a side of fries -it was super good! I did order a milk shake but the machine was broken, they refunded me - NBD! Staff was nice and it was clean. Love the napkin rolls on tables ;)

I brought my visiting aunt and grandmother here for my first try of Big Chicken. We ordered the five-piece chicken fingers, fries, and side of Mac and cheese to share. It was more than enough food for the three of us. And the chicken was delicious! Perfectly cooked, not dry on the inside, crunchy on the outside, and not greasy at all. The fries were crinkle style and the Mac was good although temperature-wise, we would have preferred it hot. It was luke warm at best but we ate it anyway and still enjoyed it. We really liked the cheese-it’s on top instead of traditional breadcrumbs. In all, the three of us left feeling very satisfied and my grandmother could not stop talking about the chicken.
