While they didn't have what I was looking for do to no inventory because of Covid for the last few months, they were willing to make suggestions as to where I may be able to find my items.

Agree that the Spanish cashier doesn't seem to want to help. You ask him a question and he comes off as "I don't know, I don't really care". The prices are great but service could be better.

My husband and i have been customers here since big daddys opened and recently i have noticed that there is one female employee that has been there for the last year i believe her name is Nichole and is always so very helpful and is always multi managing each and every customer and she is always knowledgeable and takes the time to really resolve whatever problems we or other customers may have .. I do seem to think that the manager is not as friendly and have seen her criticize and correct her in front of customers . My heart felt for her because for all the work she does i think she should be the one to go to whenever you need help with any garden issues . love the selection and would like to see more employees that are as eager as her to help!!
