BFF is truly a gem: rare, and so valuable. Polly Hawver of Big Fun Fitness is a caring, knowledgeable, encouraging exercise coach. She hand picks exercises for each class's workout, combining them thoughtfully to create a dynamic workout using all muscle groups. Each class includes a variety of fun modalities, all of which Polly demonstrates beforehand so everyone knows how to be effective and safe. Additionally, Polly always offers modifications for exercises to accommodate different fitness and mobility levels. At BFF, proper exercise form and having a can-do attitude are important; using the biggest kettlebell or doing the quickest burpee is not. Polly embraces exercising as a consistent celebration of all bodies’ (sometimes unexpected!) capabilities, not as a miserable means to an end. Last but not least, just like Polly, BFF participants are welcoming, friendly, and positive—BFF is a great community to work out with!
