Driving from La Quinta California to Grants Pass Oregon and during the drive we noticed that we had a screw in one of our tires. After stopping at one store that told us that they couldn't get to it for almost three hours (10am on a Saturday morning) they recommended that we call Big John's. We called and they said they could work us in. In less than 40 minutes the tire was repaired and we were back on the road! Awesome customer service!

Brought in my 1997 Dodge Ram B2500 for an alignment and it drove better. They also told me about more work the van needed so I brought it back in a couple weeks later to have the front end pretty much rebuilt. They were able to get the job done in the same day and at a reasonable price. Final cost was much less than the original estimate. Now the van drives like a dream. Completely different vehicle than it started as. I’m very happy with the work these guys do and will definitely keep coming back to them.

Great place and very knowledgeable! Did the lift and tires on my 2017 Wrangler. Have gotten lots of compliments and have referred a lot of people to them. My Wrangler looks the way it was meant to look!
