The manager of the Big Lots store went so above and beyond the call of duty to help me out, I'm really amazed. I needed a drape panel to complete a set that I got at the Kent Big Lots. The manager looked everywhere in the store for a drape their system said they had, but actually didn't. They located one for me in Puyallup and personally drove it to the Kent store. That is wonderful customer service. PLUS, the Kent Big Lots is the nicest one I've ever need in. Fergie ROCKS!

First time coming here to purchase a desk I was helped by this bigger guy with glasses in furniture very poor attitude from the start from me asking questions about the product to him trying to help me dollie it out the store he stood outside while I pulled up my car and gave me attitude and was like “really” mind u it fit perfectly in my car and I left l. Never understood why such horrible service from the employee I was really nice to him from the jump.
