Ill preface this by mentioning that this is one of the nicer Big Lots ive been to. Its well organized, has a nice assortment of items and seems to be clean enough. The reason for my 3 star rating is based on my last visit. There was an 1 employee who was stocking the floor who was mask less. Every other employee in the store had a mask on except this one employee. Im not exactly sure how this person didnt see the error in their way, but what really concerned me is how nonchalantly the masked coworkers were treating this person in blatant violation of the stores policy. I understand some people dont believe the pandemic is real in the face of increased infection rates and a quarter million deaths, but it is the stores responsibility to enforce this rule onto their employees for the sake of your customers.
I love this big lots, but if I spot this person again I can almost guarantee i will take my business elsewhere and wont be back until a vaccine is being distributed.
To this person, if you so happen to read this, you should be ashamed of yourself.
