I have not been in this store. Today was the first time I purchased something here. The cashier was so friendly they offer great customer service. She explained to me all the coupons you get when you become a member for free. I really liked the furniture department they have nice products. I definitely recommend big lots

This store has been my only experience with Big Lots. I have been going here, what feels like, my whole life. Not necessarily the most plentiful or helpful staff but they almost always have exactly or close to what I was looking for. Plus a ton of other items I didn't need but end up buying. There is usually at least 5 customers ahead of me and only 2 cashiers but the line moves fast. Before you go into petco or big5 (next door to this Big Lots) try Big Lots. They may have exactly what you needed for much cheaper.

Awesome deals, polite ready to help staff but had a time trying to get them to honor the Military Discount, which is only 10% but when you are spending almost $700 in 2 days, every little bit counts. Also, for active and Veteran's, staff should acknowledge them by by saying " Thank you for your service" and for spouses and immediate family "Thank you for your support". Just a thought.
