Customer purchase return ...apparently no receipt, turned into an 8 minute ordeal when cashier tried to accommodate the customer but the scanning and rescannimg of phone numbers and purchase/return bar code wouldnt allow the store system to accept exchange. Was going on for 8 minutes before customer in line behind me put his purchase down after murmuring something and walked out with me following suit three second later.

First of all customer service isnt good. No cameras in parking lot. Very unsafe! Item was stolen in a few minutes from shopping cart in the parking lot. A new cash register gal did not have a clue about the rewards program. Manager was unprofessional as well. No kindness at this store. After many years of shopping here I am DONE! And they were ok with that! Very few employees and very few shoppers on a Saturday!

Customer service is excellent. The store is clean and a decent size. The location is perfect with plenty of parking and restaurants to grab a bite after shopping. The variety of items in the store is amazing. From food to canopies for your patio. Plenty of state of the art technology to enhance your phone, computer (accessories), tv home system etc. There is also food for a lot cheaper. I really enjoyed seeing all the home decor. I wish I came here first when I moved in to Cerritos. I recommend this store to anyone!
