I haven't been to this big lots since I was a little girl and let me say I will be going back. I do think their store is a little too big for their inventory but maybe that's what makes it seem clean. Lunch time is a good time to go. I had two transactions because I found more stuff on my way out but the first time there was no wait and the second there were only 2 people in front of me. Although the customer in front of me said in the evening the line can get pretty long. But like I said really good experience overall. The picture is of my second find they were buy one get one 50% off

It's a Big Lots, so the buying experience is pretty much what you expect: deals on close out items and unenthusiastic staff.
This particular store's rest rooms have been rooms "out of order" for the last 3 months. I wonder if they have a port-a-poddy in the warehouse for the employees.

The customer service/cashier gentleman Andrew was absolutely outstanding!!! He was so warm, welcoming and encouraging about shopping there. He helped with everything and had a great personality and skills. I would highly recommend him and sincerely hope that he gets suitably recognized for going the extra mile. Because of him it was a real pleasure shopping there today. Kudos to Andrew!!!
