Just dropping in to say a BIG THANK YOU to Kevin and his team! Kevin, I truly appreciate you for accommodating me get my tire rotation appointment during my available date. Served by Franklin and he did a wonderful job...thanks Franklin! Even when I came back to get my tires re-torqued, to my surprised it just took 5 mins! Excellent service! This is the only place where i did my tire changes. I discovered that my wheel bolts/lug nuts were mixed with non-factory. I explained what happened but met with resistance and customer blame.
Again, my car is straight from honda factory to this establishment for tire change so there’s no way honda will put a rusty bolt on my car.
Also, CHANGE YOUR FRONT DESK STAFF. Or train them to be more welcoming and customer oriented.

Do not recommend this establishment for mechanical repairs. After $2,000. in parts and labour, the problem was not fixed. Recommendation was to deflect blame to customer for not spending more money on additional work. There was insufficient evidence more work was required, and more parts replacement was recommended without testing parts to see if replacement was required. If metal shavings were found in system, then the work should have stopped and not billed an additional 800. knowing shavings would cause failure of installed parts. The customer is not always right, and integrity is lacking if work and billing continues.
