I went in for an oil change and they told me that my brake pads and rotors were a millimeter thin and on the verge of splitting. They were going to have to keep my vehicle over the weekend to wait for parts but Brandon (customer service) was able to pull a life saver and get the required parts the same day. He definitely came through and saved me from a ton of headache. I definitely recommend this place.

Had a great experience here. I had a screw in my tire and they fixed it up, I was in and out of there in less than an hour. They explained everything well and were very transparent with the work they did.
I appreciate all they did for me, especially the advisor and the guy in training. They accommodated my needs

I recently visited Big O Tires to get a nail removed from my tire. The service was exceptional! They quickly repaired the tire even on super late notice an hour before closure in order to get me back on the road for a trip the next day. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. Jarrell's customer service truly stands out—I highly recommend them for any tire issues.
