I had 2 tires with screw and nail in each. Covered under Big O Road Hazard. I got there before they opened on a Sunday and they started the paperwork at 8:45 AM so I would not have to wait until they opened at 9:00 AM. I really appreciated it for a zero charge visit. They had to patch both tires and had me out by 9:45 AM. So I took a drive to Krispy Kreme and brought them back 2 dozen donuts as a thank you. GREAT JOB GUYS!

Recently brought in my Lotus Emira for a punctured tire. Aureliano Garcia was very professional and was able to help me by just patching up the tire. I highly recommend this location, especially if you have a sports car as some tire shops do not have the correct equipment to work on these tires.
