This is the only place that I will go to get any type of tire suspension work that Les Schwab can do, but at a cheaper cause, but better customer service. At least for me and is better in general, since I found big OI will never ever go back to Les Schwab. They're just terrible. They're con orders the overcharge, and it just take forever. And sometimes the customer service is just terrible, but you can figure that out on your own to see what works best for you. But for me, this is the spot

Had a coupon for oil change and tire rotation for 54.99 and Chris said coupon was out of Florida even though it had there address stamp on it. But they could do it for 68.99. Good old switch and bait! I won’t be going back!

I brought my car in to be aligned and have adjustable front upper control arms put on. They got the driver side done and called me to tell me they could not do the passenger side because one of the nuts on the strut mount was stripped and they could not get it off. I asked them to cut it and I would bring them a new one. They said they COULD NOT cut it because it’s a safety concern. I agreed to pick up the car as is and put the mount in myself and bring it back. On the was home the car clunked and squeaked and was all over the road. I get home to find the stud and nut they said they did not cut WAS cut into, they didn’t even tell me. The control arm that did get installed got installed with the grease fitting facing upward ungreased and all of the jam nuts were hand tight as well as many of the strut mount bolts. Worst part is when I called to complain they told me they wanted me to drive it back! Put the car back on the road! Should I tighten everything up first or drive it there loose? Ridiculous, now I’m getting the run around. I need my refund Carlos!!
