I took my car in due to one tire losing air. I was told it was weathered so I had to buy 2 new tires. I was told since it was front wheel drive they would put the new one's on the front and the front one's on the back. I assumed they knew what they were doing. As soon as I got my car home my husband noticed immediately they put on the wrong size tires. I called and Kasey said we were right and I drove my car back in and they put on the right tires. As soon as I got home my husband said I was missing a hubcap. I called and was told it was noted that it was missing a hubcap. Unfortunately they covered for themselves by lying because in order for a hubcap to come off someone has to remove the lugnuts! My car doesn't have the snap on hubcaps. I'm so done with Big O! I gave them a chance to make it right and they didn't. My husband had to order 4 new hubcaps since we couldn't order just one. Pay the extra amount of money and take your cars to a business that knows what they're doing..

Open and honest customer service with a home town feel. A local dealership quoted me $900 to fix two bent wheels. I took them to Big O and they checked them out and let me know the wheels were safe to mount and not bent.

Went in cause had a slow leak in a tire. Was told they can’t repair it cause where it’s at. Then was told needed all 4 tires replaced since tread was worn enough. They wouldn’t honor the warranty we bought when it was best tire center. I get that they went out of business but big o tires bought them so they should still honor everything that came with that business cause they still had all our information in there system. Will never be buying tires here again on any of our vehicles.
