I got my tires there about 6 months ago. They did it same day I called them and were so kind and helpful. Recently I got a flat tire that needed a patch up and they did it for free as I had gotten my tires there. They are always so kind and helpful. I don’t know much about cars but they don’t take advantage of that. Would recommend them to everyone and anyone. Will continue to go here!

This store only cares about making a sale. They will go to great lengths to convince you that you need unnecessary upgrades or replacements. Be smart. Asking more questions. Visit more auto stores for quotations and comment before making decision. Or if you don't care to pay 600-1500 money to them.

I was referred to this shop last year., thankfully from my sister. Today I had a tire dilemma on my hands, and the team at Big O tire’s in Issaquah rocked. Richard was very helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly. And the shop tech Diego, I hope it’s the right gentleman I’m speaking of., got my issues resolved lickety split. So due to my excellent customer service experience, I will only do tire replacements at this location specifically. No matter how far the distance. Thank you for making my day easier. I greatly appreciate your professionalism and speed. 🙏🏼
