Rob is the most honest auto mechanic I've ever met. His prices are fair and he goes above and beyond for his customers. I would really like to see a comment from the single 3 star review. I send friends to this place and no one has had a negative thing to say.

UPDATE: Big Rob's is still awesome. Make an appt. And he'll take care of you right. Big Rob and his crew are always attentive to whatever issues my vehicles are having. I highly recommend.

This guy, Big Rob is one of the most helpful person I have dealt with, pleasant and informative of cars. He has helped me more than once with my jeep and it's problems. I would recommend him to help with anyone's issues he is one of those rear shops that treats you like a friend...
