Woke up to find my old hot water tank had sprung a nasty leak. I looked up hot water installation business online. After making a few calls, I ended up calling back Big Sky Water Heaters. They were very knowledgeable on tankless hot water systems. I realized after speaking to Big Sky Water Heater, that a tankless hot water system was the way to go. It's an great investment, and if I ever do desire to sell my home, its a plus for my home resale value. I am happy for the service I received from the guys at Big Sky Water Heaters. Looking back, wished I had gotten a tankless system before.

I woke up in the morning and discovered that I had no hot water. I don't know much about how to fix a hot water heater. I'd heard about Big Sky Water Heaters from my father. He had told me if I ever had a water heater problem to call Big Sky and highly recommended them. So I listen to Dad and I'll tell you something, he was not wrong. Barry came right over! He showed up when he said he was going to and he knew exactly what the problem was when I told him what I was experiencing! They were punctual and practical with very reasonable pricing. If you ever have a problem with your hot water heater.... just like my father I would highly recommend you called Big Sky. Get the job done quick and easy. They got mine working right within 5 hours and I was back to having hot water that night.

Our contractor special water heater started leaking so we called a few places. Barry answered the call quickly and gave lots of information to help me choose the right replacement model. They were able to come out within a few hours, and the installation was done within 30 minutes! Our water is nice and hot now and we're very happy with the service from Big Sky.
