The lady working here on July 3rd was kind of rude to us. We would ask her questions and she just answered really quickly and tried to brush us off as if we were irritating her. Well ... sorry for disturbing you ma'am. I thought you worked here for the customer. I thought you were supposed to provide a customer service to us and be decent and nice to us. We won't be going back here because of how rude she was to us. I only give the 2 stars instead of one, because the store has decent prices and a good supply of stuff. They really need to work on their customer service aspect though. That is, if they really want to compete with other shops out there - who actually make their customers feel as though they are appreciated.

Most of my interactions here are great but today 12/15/23 415pm guy was very rude and antagonistic huffed and puffed about ringing out a 2 zyn and a monster he had to open a new roll and was so frustrated the ripped it out of the package and a couple flew across the floor and the one he gave me was damaged because of it just very unpleasant and unprofessional when moments before he was outside chatting up with his friend but I guess my business irritated him having to ring out a few items. Do better to whoever the guy is with facial studs everyone else I have had the pleasure of meeting that works there are kind
