The only complaint I have is that I had an issue with a dryer that didn't dry very well. I had the attendant tell me I had too many clothes (which I didn't ). Then she came up to me, to give me quarters and got way too close to me like I could smell her breath on me close. I told her that I wasn't interested mainly because she was in my personal space. I had switched dryers and I watched as she stopped my dryer and touch my clothes to see if they were drying. Like not ok to do that. I will not be returning to this laundry mat again.

Great washers and dryers! I did over a month's of laundry under $20. All the machines worked. Bonus: biggest ficus plant in all of Cheney!

The attendant in Big Wash laundromat was very helpful and there were a number of cats outside who seemed very friendly as well. One of the cats told me the place has been in business a long time, a fixture in Cheney - and for that I'm appreciative. Just the same, I would recommend the laundromat eventually undergo some aesthetic renovations to the interior and exterior, add a television, and upgrade their vending machines. These features would draw more customers and make the laundromat more immediately evident to the community. I recommend inviting local artists from ewu to add some beautiful art to the walls, I'm sure they'd be happy to.
