Extremely bad service, was speaking to staff about payment issues and when they acknowledged the issues they cancelled my order and said reorder to process it again instead of invoicing me and ofcourse the order sold out. I know my order was international but selling off a order while working with the customer is un explainable, most staff would be sacked for that but there's clearly no accountability at this organisation. Happy to take your money with no communication to their customers, stay away!

So.... I bought a Standard Grade figure and they sent me a Substandard Grade one... so this is their mistake. I told them about this and they just asked me to take some of my time and go to FedEx and send the item for a replacement, obviosly they will send me the replacement with the worst and slowest shipping method (when I paid $42 for FedEx 2day for the figure)

So they will send me the replacement once they'll receive the item back but it will take time. As I noticed I'll have the replacement in my hands after a month of all this.

Never buying from this store again.

I love this store. I've had several orders and they've all shipped basically the same day I order them. Everything is always well packed for ultimate protection in a box. Lots of good toys to choose from. Excellent customer service as well. I highly recommend and will order from them frequently. A+++++
