Our experience with the Fireplace Center was truly top shelf! From the very start their service was very professional, reliable and timely. The office staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the install team did an incredible job with our fireplace installation. They installed ahead of schedule and Ron and his crew were very competent and friendly - highly recommend!!!

We purchased a new house that was in the process of being built. Although we were able to make some upgrades, it didn't come with a fireplace. We asked the builder to install a gas connection so we can have a fireplace installed when the house was completed. We visited several fireplace stores and Katie at The Fireplace Center was the most helpful. Not knowing what we were doing, we ordered a fireplace but did not know it did not include the encasing. After talking with Katie several days before the install, she informed us that we only purchased the fireplace. We would need to hire a carpenter to install the encasing, surround and mantel and would need to reschedule the install. My husband did not want to reschedule and knew it would be difficult to find a carpenter on such short notice. After speaking with the owner, Ron, he actually volunteered to install the encasing himself. Ron and his happy crew came over and did an excellent job installing the fireplace. We LOVE the fireplace. What a great group of people to work with. If you ever need a fireplace, I would highly recommend The Fireplace Center!

Worst customer service we’ve ever experienced. We knew upfront it was going to be several weeks for the fireplace we ordered to arrive, what we didn’t anticipate was the lack of service once the fireplace arrived!! No follow through, follow up, not even an apology for their lack of service and mistakes on their part. We finally canceled our order, it cost us $1300. They didn’t even try to save the sell, no effort was made on their end to rectify the situation. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. So disappointed, I was excited to get the beautiful fireplace I’d ordered.
