Bikes were alot a high quality and bike pick up /drop off was a great location, however we were directed to a different t location to Bike the Bridge- at 1772 Lombard- which seemed to be a different company- and the service we had was extremely poor. We were told we had to return by the 2.30 ferry at Sausalito to make their 5pm closing time- he would not even consider waiting back 30 min to allow us to get the next ferry at 4.15. As it turned out he gave us incorrect information about the ferry times- there was a 3.30 one which worked out fine. When I tried to give constructive feedback that it would be helpful to customers to provide info about the ferry times and bike shop closing times on the website so we can plan accordingly, the attendant brushed me off saying not his problem! Very disappointing experience. However, the day we had was still glorious and I recommend the experience . Better customer service and better info on website would be appreciated.
