It seems I have an out of the ordinary bicycle and the disc brakes on it prohibited a “normal” install of the engine I purchased from bikeberry. Even though it had its special problems and I had a few problems with the motor and drive train, you were right there with me. I understand that sometimes even new products have problems too. The problems were solved with your efficient help. It has been the most pleasant experience dealing with a company who cares about their customers who have these “special” problems. In my 80 years of life, I have been stuck with companies who don’t care the way you do. Thank you, thank you. You went out of the way to have a satisfied customer. And you succeeded with me. Waste of $500 dollars. I bought a 2-stroke friction drive and the engine dies as soon as I put the friction drive down on the tire (also it makes a lot of noise). They told me to take everything apart and check it for mistakes but I know I did everything correctly. I bought it as a back up for my electric bike and didn't build it until a few months after I bought it. Too late for a refund now. Bikeberry had so many positive reviews I was confident everything would work. Also the kill switch cable wasn't long enough. I had to buy another one and splice them together.
