The manager ( Raman) is the nicest individual! Definitely my favourite. Shes super accomodating and cares about the customer! Super quick to check on you and grab another size if needed. Thanks for helping to make my shopping experience amazingly!
I was in this store a few weeks ago, and was appalled by the treatment I received. I am by no means your average 150 lb female, I am what some would consider plus size, but not by its true terms. I am 185-190.
A few girls much smaller than me entered the store before me and the 4 girls that were working, flocked them. Ignoring my presence. I was ignored for my entire time being in the store, only after asking for someone to start me a room was I acknowledged. After I gave my suits to the girl, who was obviously not impressed with me, she told me shed start me a room. After a few more minutes of looking I decided I was done, had one more suit in my hand and walked off to my fitting room. I asked the girl in there which was mine, described the suit I had given to the other girl, and was immediately told they put it away. I asked why and she brushed me off. Behind me enters another girl with what looks to be a gym bag and a few suits in her hand, the girl speaking to me, brushed by me took her suits and started her a room. As I started to enter another room, the employee stopped me, told me I wasn't allowed to enter with my bag and needed to leave it outside. I was fed up. I tried on my suits and asked for a top in a larger size. She looked me dead in my face and told me " we don't size that large". I asked for an XL. I was done. I packed up and immediately left the store with no word to them. To say I was completely humiliated is an understatement. These girls should be ashamed of themselves.
