The fitting was good, but I have emailed multiple times about some issues and have not gotten any replies. I also did not receive the promised files that were supposed to be sent to me. Granted, I am not the typical performance rider, nor do I have a super fancy bike. This was my hubby's Christmas present to me. The fitting was in December.
