I have seen a noticeable difference in my child's behavior and happiness since switching to billie's daycare. The staff is very nice and treats the kids very well. I would recommend her daycare to anyone that asked.

As a mother and parent, nothing is fun about going to work all day and leaving your baby at daycare. Let me tell you that I get joy knowing that my daughter goes to Billies 3x a week because they are a GOD SEND. I owe them so much and am forever grateful for the way they’ve loved my daughter (and son who now is in school). They go out of their way daily to make sure that our children are happy and constantly learning and have even gone as far to go get my son from school last minute when he doesn’t even go there anymore but momma was stuck in traffic. Thank you to all the amazing teachers at Billies Busy Kids!!!! <3 you don’t get enough credit!!

I'm a full time father of a year and half old boy. The staff is quite nice but I've noticed the owner/manager, Billie, only cares about money. I work full time but the amount I make in a month would barely cover the cost to take him there, so I applied for government assistance through dshs. They helped me out tremendously, I can afford to take my son now. My son got an ear infection recently and due to covid, my son cant go back without a test, which is fine. But the email I got from Billie explaining why was infuriating, I had asked her why he needs a test when the doctor didn't feel he needed one, her response was this. "For you, you only pay $15 a month for daycare...for others who keep us open they pay $70 a day for the same slot Elijah has. Do you think it's fair I charge those families for someone being dishonest having to close and coming to daycare I'll? Heck no!" She thought I was being dishonest about what the doctor said even after I agreed that I would take him to get a covid test and went on to say that being dishonest is grounds for termination. I plan on finding a new daycare center for my son where they will appreciate how hard I work to keep my son happy and healthy and not threaten to kick me out and call me cheap.
