I just got off the phone with Bill's City Appliance Repair and was so pleased! Even though they let them know at the beginning of the conversation that they don't service Samsung ranges, which is what I have that needs repair, they still spent almost 10 minutes answering questions for me, including the likelihood of the range being able to be repaired, other options for service companies, recommended brands if we choose to purchase rather than repair and recommended places to purchase new. Although I don't have experience with Bill's actually doing a repair job, I can definitely rate their customer service as 5 stars!

We just wanted help to decide if we needed a service call or get a new washer. We called Bill's and got great advice. We use them for service but I was really impressed with their help in this case, where it turned out we didn't need them.

Bill's has repaired our refrigerator in the past. Quickly and competently. So, I recently called and spoke with Jay about my gas oven. He explained that they don't repair gas appliance but then he went on to discuss my issue and possible reasons for it. He then took my model number and called me back about the availability of replacement parts. When he called back a short while later he told me exactly how to diagnose the problem and the relative cost of the replacement parts.
He went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend Bill's City Appliance Repair in the future.
