I was looking for a key shop, that had an oversize house key blank, & they were able to fill the request Also looking for a key shop that can make a replacement specialty key for my old closet safe. And they said, bring it in, & we will make you a new one. Awesome!

Stopped by to get a car(lexus ls460) key cut. A rude older blonde lady told me that they dont cut customer’s owned key, but only if the key is bought from them. However, she also told me she can’t order it….. What a dead end…
The only reason I specifically came back to this place was because I had a great experience few years back when I had to cut VW Touareg’s key - no questions, no drama. I guess that time has passed.
