For 5 years this man has has threatened our family, broke our front door frame from hitting it, yelled at children, said bad things about us to neighbors, came to our work and physically harrased, does our neighbors yard during early hours every Friday violating HOA quiet time... All because he required us to keep him for the year, and when spring came to where he had to come every week.. He sent us a letter stating that he was going to be retiring & reducing work load, and only keeping a couple accounts he's had for awhile. That same week my wife had a serious operation to remove cancer, traumatic for a young family with 3 kids! During this time, he still came out and did our yard after saying he wouldn't be servicing anymore. Then proceeded to threatening us for payment, finally one day my wife caved several weeks later when she was home alone with the kids at the time recovering. And he wouldn't stop pounding on doors, windows, garage, scaring everyone to death. She wrote him a check, that I called the bank to put a stop on it!! To this day 5 years later, he makes a scene every Friday between 7am-12 if we happen to be outside!! This man is a creepy and threatening if your ever in his cross-hairs!!! Proceed with caution!!
