Originally was disappointed in the process, as I ordered the F Chassis “Crystal Push Start Button” and it would only fit rotated 5 degrees clockwise or counter. After writing my review, they shipped out a new one completely free without my asking, then lo and behold it’s oriented right side up. Very happy now, will be shopping here again.

OLD: Pretty disappointed. The button installation forces you to rotate it 5 degrees to the right or left. refuses to sit in the OEM housing straight-upwards.

It feels like these guys have just been giving me the run around every time I reach out to them! Either I get no response at all, or they’ll just stop responding to me! I bought some side mirrors for my G30 540I and they fit good, so I decided to buy some tail lights for my F30 328I since my last experience with them was good. First of all the tail lights were way off from the description, and didn’t even match the description with the photo of the tail lights being sold, second of all I reach out to them for an exchange for the original red, and they said no, they don’t trust their customers? And to make matters worse! I tried getting the lights installed and they didn’t even fit! I called them and now they want 160 an hour for an install and these guys can’t even get me booked because the guy taking the appointments doesn’t even reply! I’m to the point where I don’t even want to install the lights anymore, and disputing this charge from my bank for a refund because this is REALLY SHADY! I am VERY DISAPPOINTED seems like they don’t even want to help. UPDATE. They never reached out to me. I ended up selling the lights and buying some from CENCAL. Easy install from my own home. Bimmerplug is a SCAM.
