I saw Dr Bingham for common arthritic surgery after researching the problem for years. The pain had become unbearable and the spur was affecting my walk and ability to wear shoes. Joint replacement or surgical reduction of the nodule is usually done. After an hour wait in the lobby and alerting staff on a very quiet day in the clinic, I was taken to exray followed by another wait when I finally met with Dr Bingham on what seemed to be an obvious problem. He suggested orthopedic shoes from Gimres in Astoria. He appeared to not even consider a joint replacement and dismissed me after 10 minutes with a list of shoes. I was at the clinic 2 hours. Neiher i nor my husband has ever had a wait there before or since. I will see another surgeon but I am stuck with a huge bill for the short consultation.
