I have never seen so many great shoes in one place. It gets a little busy so, patience is encouraged. But the customer service is phenomenal and the selection is by far the best in the entire desert area. Finally, a place that believes geed shoes are important!

Found a cute pair of sandals and was ready to purchase. Asked for a new pair instead of purchasing the floor model. The girl never came back with a new pair and just said, “ they’ll take you at the register.”When I got up to pay, I inquired about the floor model vs new pair and was told, “these are only a week old” and didn’t have anything else. Cashier and staff are pretty young and totally uninteresting in customer service. I worked retail myself and know that the bare minimum is to at least fake pleasantries. I will never come back and will stick to my local Birkenstock store.
