Dr. Dowling is one of the most patient centered and grounded providers I have known. She is dedicated and passionate about an all inclusive birth experience for the whole family. She Very grounded in Contemplative, Trauma Informed Care, and her over all calm and comforting presence is something I am so excited for all her patients to experience.

Anna is a provider who talks to you, answers questions with respects your informed decision. She is an advocate for you and your birth. As a L&D RN, I knew she was there to support the things that mattered to me during my twin delivery.

For the past three years, I have been fortunate enough to work alongside Dr. Anna Dowling. Anna has not only been an asset to our patients and care team, but has played a critical role in the wellbeing of me and my family. With grace and expertise, she guided me through pregnancy losses and a successful high risk pregnancy. Having Anna by my side greatly reduced my anxiety and fears. I felt that I was in great hands and I trusted her completely. She is warm and funny, but also incredibly skilled and knowledgeable. Bellingham is so lucky to have Dr Dowling as an OBGYN.
