I have used Bishop Appliance Repair for years. It took me a long time to find a repair service that I could trust. I have had two rentals and our own home that Tommy with Bishop Appliance Repair has helped. He has taken care my dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine and dryer. We have a full-sized stackable washer and dryer on the 2nd floor of our townhouse and there is NO WAY we want to have to replace that - he has kept it going. YEA! His pricing is fair and he works hard to make things right.

My 22 year old Kenmore fridge stopped cooling & Tommy from Bishop was recommended to me from a neighborhood group. He came out following day & gave me an honest, free assessment. My fridge was a goner unfortunately, but Tommy was excellent. He called when he was on his way, arrived early to the appointment and was personable & courteous. Highly recommended!!

I found Tommy on NextDoor and called him about my broken washing machine. He walked me through pushing a few buttons, and had me put him on speaker as he listened for a response. He's super knowledgable and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. I appreciated his willingness to help me on the spot and he was also so friendly, I'll definitely call him for all future appliance issues and cannot recommend him enough if you're looking for a no nonsense repair person.
