I purchased a riding mower two years ago and had it serviced once. Took the mower in to be serviced and they did not even accept it because they were behind. I took it to another shop to find out I had bought the mower and paid to convert to mulching and they put bagging blades on it. They serviced it a year ago and did not ask about the blades even though it was clearly set up for mulching. I bought locally, paid more but will not return

Brought my chainsaw in because of a fuel leak. They did a quick troubleshooting, found the issue, replaced the part that was causing the leak, and only charged me $13! In and out in 15 minutes. Excellent customer service!
