We have had our vehicles repaired at BJ Automotive in Simi Valley.
The Ram 1500 had the front brakes and rotors replaced, and the Toyota Avalon had the front struts replaced.
The work was completed in a timely manner, and we are pleased with the work done and the cost of the repairs. We will be returning for any future repairs.
The shop is very clean and well maintained.
The owners, Brad and Sue, are super nice and a pleasure to do business with. We are happy to have found a reliable and trustworthy business and highly recommend them.
We’ve been taking our cars to BJ’s for 9 years and have always been really happy with the service and attention we get from them. They are always very communicative regarding the status of our vehicles and are quick to respond to calls and texts. It never feels like they are pushing us toward unnecessary maintenance or other expenditures. Whenever I drop off a car Sue asks when I need it back and they usually are able to accommodate my schedule, but if not she tells me upfront so I can plan accordingly.
We really value the friendliness and professionalism of BJ’s and will continue to take our cars here for the foreseeable future!
