The food is mediocre service was decent. A bit loud at times and the desert took longer than the meal. The BJs Brewhouse Blonde was yummy and the strawberry lemonade fresh. The Pizookie was amazing though even with the wait.

Came here on a Tuesday around 1pm. Walked in and there was a waiting list. So we asked the hostess if we could sit at one of the booths in the bar area without having to wait. She had a little smirk on her face and looked at us as if saying; Duh, of course you can. She was a bit unwelcoming from the get go, and it didn't sit right with us. But we stayed. The only thing I can say was good here was the waitress. She was professional and attentive, but not overly so. The food was okay. And we did have to send back one plate that had dry steak and dry chicken breast. But they didn't charge us for it. Overall I'm not impressed with this particular BJ's as I've had good experiences at other BJ's.

This place is an absolute disgrace to every BJ's in existence. I had a bad experience here once and thought it was a fluke but nope. It's worse now. The food was terrible, they don't even make the garlic butter you get at the chino hills location. I'm almost positive every bjs has the garlic butter. This is what I was served tonight. Just an absolute joke, and of course I brought my baby mama here and she doesn't want me to say anything to the waitress. I'm beyond pissed, look at this disgusting butter they served us. Tasted so damn foul, if corporate sees this please refund me.

Ordered a pizookie after complaining and literally been waiting 20 minutes plus this place is such a joke, save your money people this BJs isn't even close to their standards!!

Then it finally gets to us and it's cold!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!! One hundred dollar dinner for everything to be completely garbage!!! I'm about to call 911 because this place robbed me tonight. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
