Sherry was an amazing waitress when we came. Was quick to get us our food and beverages and came by often to ask if we needed refills or wanted to order anything else. She was amazing and made the experience even better!

We had an amazing meal tonight at BJ’s celebrating my friend Emerson’s birthday. Our server Sophia was so friendly and helpful and made our dinner that much more special. Everything was delicious especially the pretzel and pizza. Will be back soon. Thanks Sophia!

Came to BJs for a triple birthday party. Made a reservation and was seated after about 10 minutes. Brought to a nice room where I could see the Monday night football game. The waitress brought waters and mom and I ordered non alcoholic specialty drinks with strawberries in it.. it took about 20 minutes before the drinks finally arrived. The strawberries were not very red, many looked white and pink. We then ordered our meals. These took a long time also to be finally delivered. The waitress apologized that she had to go and gave us a new waiter. Our food was very delicious. We celebrated three birthdays and had fun. When we finished eating we were ready to order our free pazookies. We waited about 20 minutes before the waiter finally came back saying her had many tables in the front room he was serving as well. We finally ordered and again and to wait so long for them to come i had to complain to a man who was picking up dirty dishes from other tables. He finally arrived with the waiter in tow and our desserts were delivered. We got there at the time our reservation was made. 6:30 pm. We didn't rush but we're all rather disappointed with how long each thing we did took. We didn't leave until 2 hours had passed. Dinner and dessert should not take that long. My mom turned 89 and was so exhausted by the end it made me tell the ladies at the front desk that the manager needs to speed up the process of getting drinks and foos to the tables. Next year I will go to another place. I had never had the problem at BJs before but it was ridiculously long. Shame as the food was good. I do not think it was the waiter's fault but the number of people he was having to help. They needed more workers.
