We come here often. Terry is a fantastic server. She is pleasant and attentive. It was a great visit. Today’s visit was for my father’s birthday. Party of six. The food was great and the deals…make it affordable. Temecula - Black Angus.

Haven't been to Black Angus in years! The food was great but the service was by far superior. We had one of the best servers we have every had at any restaurant,Theresa is amazing! Very attentive and friendly! We will be back again based on service alone and will request her again as a server!

The server Kaylee was very amenable and accommodating, as for the manager, Scott R. He was a little more lacking in the Customer service skills. We bought a Groupon for a campfire feast for two for $54. They charged us $69 and only discounted nine dollars, I don’t know about you, but the math just doesn’t seem to add up after going back-and-forth with the manager Scott, I said oh well it’s only money and he said exactly… Will not go there again just for the face black Angus chooses to put as their storefront manager. Scott has extremely poor people skills. I will not go back there my family I will not support a business like that who chooses to put people like that in the front. I don’t know who is scamming who but I bought a campfire fees for two for $54 that black Angus should’ve honored. PERIOD… I have included a snapshot on My Bill if anyone has anything else to say, contact me person and let, I’ll tell you how Customer service should be.
