I’m extremely disappointed with this service. I had high hopes, but I guess I should’ve looked at the other reviews before I attempted to book. Keilynn is extremely friendly, but that is the most I can say as far as positives go. I really feel like I was scammed. Her prices aren’t stated on her website for a reason. You have to pay an initial price to get her to take your photos, then after she practically cons you into getting canvas prints of your photos. Which are not cheap, whatsoever. I’m talking in the thousands. It would be way cheaper to get the digitals and then head over to Office Depot where you can get prints for under $100. Her digitals are not included in her initial pricing either. They are a massive up charge as well, something that my family could not afford, which I find ridiculous in this modern age of technology. All of these up charges just to get my photos was extremely disappointing. I was not prepared to spend hundreds to thousands of dollars to get some family photos taken. The photos I was able to see, included a watermark and some absolutely terrible photoshop, to top off the fact that the photos were not even centered. I genuinely feel like Keilynn did not understand my vision for my photos, and to add in the fact that my family photos are being kept away from me due to me not being able to afford her random additional charge for digitals- is heartbreaking. There are tons of photographers all around Spokane which have a flat fee for the photography and digitals, I highly suggest you go to them instead if you are considering getting photos done!

Keilynn is such an absolutely phenomenal photographer and human being! I will not go to anyone else for photos. She was our photographer at mine and my husband's wedding and the pictures were absolutely stunning💜 I also did a boudoir shoot with her and it was one of the best experiences of my life! She didn't make me feel uncomfortable and kept telling me how beautiful I am and we talked and laughed. It was so much fun. She will be taking our family photos this spring and I can't wait!! I highly recommend her and it is a bonus that I get to support a local business owner!

Beautiful pictures for my daughter's senior year, as well as family pics. She takes the time to know her clients and make sure they are happy with the product.
