I have worked with Alex on multiple houses and he's done a great job, wouldn't use anyone else in the Seattle area. He provides great staging and landscape touch-up so your house will look incredible. For the house I recently sold he help to coordinate some updates and I sold for $70k over asking!

Alex helped us sell both our homes, prior to getting married and then helped us find our dream home together. We have been in our current home for almost 10 years and haven't regretted one moment of our interaction with Alex on all of our dealings. Alex sold our four years ago after a deal had failed to go through. He came in, told us exactly what he could do, and followed through. We closed a sale with a new buyer about a month later. Alex knows what he's talking about, is easy to talk to, and doesn't make false promises. If we ever need to sell or buy a house, we'll use him again.
