I have come to Black Star Bags twice for repairs to Ortlieb bags. Both times the service was professional, quick, and affordable. Everyone at the shop was great to work with. I was impressed how well they were able to repair bags from another brand. Check them out if your bags rip or break and you need a repair, you'll get great service.

The people at Black Star are awesome. Every person I interacted with was very nice and personable.
I brought in my own bag I wanted converted into a pannier for my bike, and they made it happen for a great price. They brainstormed with me about the best way to attach the hooks, and even went out to the hardware store to grab longer bolts specific for my bag. I'll definitely be recommending my friends to here if they want the same done to their bags.

I've had my bag for 7 years now and it is still going strong. I use it every day and it still looks great. I have had two minor repairs done in the past 7 years, which were all repaired super quick in-store. The lifetime warranty is awesome.
