I have not visited the store, but I did give a call with a quick question and here is how the interaction with Karen went.
“Black Swan, this is Karen” “Hi. I have a quick question. What is the price range of your zip up hoodies?” “Look, I’m with a customer right now so I can’t help you! but they start at $37.99. Bye!” The phone clicked as she promptly hung up on me.
Thanks for the answer, but the communication was completely rude and unwarranted. I work in customer service and NEVER would I do that to someone on the phone. I can empathize with someone being busy but no reason to be rude or disrespectful to me. I would have gladly taken a “please hold” or some sort of communication.
I’ll just pass by this store when shopping through Leavenworth.
Best fun gift shop in town! They have big selection fun T-shirts not only for adults but for kids and babies(my favorite is "Barf Vaider" ;-)). They also have fun books and and other themed gifts (Bacon, Star Wars). It is my first choice shop if you need fun gift. I already got few for my family!
