Changing life circumstances offered us an opportunity to sell our house, but we had a narrow window, a tight budget, and a lot of work to get things ready. Blake stepped up and made sure everything got done, finding affordable and reliable contractors, prioritizing repairs/upgrades, and even jumping in to help us with the work himself when needed. The listing was a rocky ride due to circumstances beyond our control, but he helped us through it all and we got the place sold before our deadline and for the amount we needed to move forward with other plans. Blake worked hard and communicated well, would certainly recommend!

Highly recommended! Blake is absolutely wonderful to work with! What a great experience! We had a few unique situations that he easily found ways to work with, and Blake got us the best price for our house. This experience has left us more knowledgeable about the real estate process and with a new friend on the inside! We will be using Blake when it comes time to purchase our next property! 5 stars!

Blake was the first and the last real estate agent I contacted. I knew from our first encounter, that he was an honest, pleasant and patient person. It was difficult for me to sell my home, because I truly loved my home, but it was time for me to move from Washington. I put a lot of sweat and tears into my home, so it had a piece of my heart. Blake was patient, not pushy and he knew there was great value in my home. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. He was always there when I needed him and offered to help with anything I needed. He found the perfect buyer for my home, which put me at ease, I received a great price and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I wouldn't use anybody else.Thank You Blake !!!!!!!
