Made a reservation for 8 ppl at 8pm on a Wednesday night in October. This was a tour group from Europe. We arrived and they said they had no knowledge of the reservation, BUT, they had plenty of space and could easily get us in. A few moments later, a different person found the reservation and showed it to me. We sat down and asked for beer cards and explained that the company was paying for food and non alcoholic beverages. At 9pm we were lined up to refill beers and order desserts and were told that they were closed and we couldn't have anything else. The staff seemed surprised that we didn't know they were closed. No one had warned us and it's a full bar. 9pm is ridiculous. Some of our party were still eating their main courses, only one of us was able to order dessert, and many of our party were only able to drink 1 beer having looked forward to trying all the different beers on tap. Very disappointing service and embarrassing for the tour.
